Working in the kitchen from the age of 16, experimenting with flavors and recipes of different nationalities, the Turkish chef Ayhan Ekinci has managed today to have his own restaurant in Thessaloniki with authentic Turkish cuisine and traditional recipes from the neighbour country, served directly on your plate.
The turkish dishes, such as Hunkar begenti and Adana kebab, together with a strictly oriental decoration,the aromas of the Anatolian spices and the oriental melodies wandering in the air, they promise to offer you a feast of flavors and experiences.
