Detrop and Artozyma Fairs will be in full force from 22 to 24 February at Thessaloniki International Exhibition Centre, confirming their role as one of the largest events in the food & beverage industry!Following the successful Detrop Boutique and Artozyma held in previous years and after a two-year hiatus, the two exhibitions are expected to attract the interest of domestic and international exhibitors and visitors. With a rich schedule of side events, innovative actions and novel proposals, the exhibition ‘duo’ will once again serve as a point of reference for the food & beverage sector.This dynamic industry, which plays a leading role in the Greek economy thanks to its intense extroversion, will be launched to the limelight by the two exhibitions. Products from all over Greece, local producers, goods with high added value, dishes linked to the way of life, customs and culture of each region, innovative foodstuffs, wines and distillates with high expectations will be present at the 2020 event. Detrop Boutique aims to highlight the best delicatessen products and foods, both in terms of quality and production methods of Greek small producers. It is the event that promotes the country's culinary culture to domestic and international buyers, while targeting retailers and wholesalers, supermarket dealers, hotels, restaurants as well as deli shops, organic products shops and bakeries. It is held in parallel with ARTOZYMA, the 9th International Bakery and Pastry Exhibition. Detrop Boutique 2020 will also host the highly successful CHEESE n 'WINE theme salon for another year. These fairs are a professional gastronomy party that you should not miss!
